By using RouteCharge you accept these terms. Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement may also apply to App Store downloads; these terms do not replace it.
RouteCharge provides planning assistance only: EV route suggestions, charging-stop estimates and charger information from third-party sources (TomTom, Open Charge Map, Apple Maps). No account is required.
RouteCharge Free uses a generic vehicle profile. RouteCharge Pro (auto-renewing subscription, monthly or yearly) unlocks exact vehicle selection and related features. Billing, renewal, cancellation and refunds are handled entirely by Apple through your Apple Account. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access normally continues until the end of the paid period. Restore Purchases uses your current Apple Account. Saved vehicles remain stored on your device after Pro ends but are locked until Pro is active again.
Routes, range, consumption, charging speeds, availability, prices and compatibility are estimates from third-party data and may be incomplete, delayed or wrong. Real range depends on weather, speed, traffic, terrain, battery condition and driving behaviour. Charger availability changes. RouteCharge cannot guarantee you reach any charger or destination.
You remain responsible for monitoring your battery, verifying charger suitability and availability, obeying traffic laws and driving safely. Do not operate the app while driving. Your vehicle’s own warnings and navigation take priority.
Personal, non-commercial use. Do not reverse-engineer, scrape, resell or misuse the service or its data sources.
To the extent permitted by law, RouteCharge is not liable for indirect damages or for consequences of relying on estimates (including a depleted battery). Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may change or discontinue features. We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance.
